Korea Labor and Employment Service
The Korea Labor and Employment Service (KLES), based on mutually beneficial labor-management relations, provides various labor and employment services aimed at developing harmonious corporate and local labor relations, eliminating workplace discrimination on the grounds of gender or employment status, supporting life-long career development, and providing job opportunities for workers aged 40 or older. The KLES also promotes international exchanges and cooperation in labor and employment.
