[Q] Harassment and Discrimination

Can a foreigner working at an international school receive compensation (pain and suffering) for harassment, discrimination, and bullying by the school management?

Also, after worker filed complaint against management, the management began retaliation toward the worker making it a very hostile working environment.

It is assumed that it will have to be revolved through a civil proceeding regarding the claim for mental and damages due to harassment, discrimination, and bullying by the school management.
