[Equal Employment Policy] Act on Equal Employment and Support for Work-Family Reconciliation

The purpose of this Act is to realize gender equality in employment in accordance with the principle of equality proclaimed in the Constitution of the Republic of Korea by ensuring equal opportunities and treatment in employment
between men and women and protecting maternity and promoting female employment, and to contr    ibute to the improvement of all the people's quality of life by supporting the reconciliation of work and family life for workers.
