According to Revised rules on reemployment application period, an employer shall apply for reemployment from one month to 7 days before completion date of the first sojourn period. However, as of completion date of sojourn period, the workers labor contract period shall be at least one month.
* From Aug 1, 2011 revised rules apply to the E9 visa holders for reemployment.
